Nocturnal Animals
During November we were learning all about nocturnal animals in Ireland. We learned about their habits, their homes and what they eat. For homework we each designed a shoe box and made a diorama of a nocturnal scene, including in it as many animals as we could that we had learned about. We presented these in front of the class. We also painted different nocturnal animals and we created a wonderful display using our pictures. There was lots of information on the display and in groups we investigated each animal and shared the information with our groups. We loved learning about this topic!
