Cinema Trip
We had such a fantastic time at the cinema with our buddies. We really enjoyed our movie and treat. What a great day of friendship and fun before our holidays begin. Well done Junior Infants, you really deserved your treat today after all your hard work this term!
Fun Friday
We really enjoyed this week’s Fun Friday as it was class choice. We watched the Trolls movie and had some lovely popcorn.
Who Help Us Week
Firemen
Three firemen visited our class last week. Kevin talked to us about what firemen wear and he told us what to do if there was ever a fire in our home. We each got a fun pack all about fire safety in the home!
Postman Paul
We were so delighted when Postman Paul arrived at our door. We’ll not lie, it took us a minute to work out that Paul was a postman as his uniform looked different to what we imagined!
Aíne
Our visitor today was very special, it was our principal Aíne. We already knew how much she helped us so today we learned about what she does everyday. We learned that she went to a special school to become a teacher and that shes really loves her job because we put a smile on her face!
Nurse Sonia
We had a lovely visit from nurse Sonia today. We got to ask her lots of questions about her job, her uniform and what she uses in her job. She brought lots of plasters, bandages and torches for us to look at and feel. We learned so much!
