We are really excited. We have been working on a rewrite of Ed Sheeran’s song ‘Shape of You’ and all we can say is, move over Ed we’ve got this!
It has been great fun working with Mirenda and Mark to get the song just right and Jonny made sure that the recording was perfect! Neisha and Myah choreographed a brilliant dance for the song and Sarah-Marie in Pinehill Studios helped us to bring it all together. Everyone in the class sang their hearts out and put in an amazing effort! To say I am proud of them is an understatement!
The entire video was recorded using our class iPads and I used stop motion, time lapse and GarageBand to bring it all together in iMovie!
The video for the song will be shown in Dublin on Friday night at Teachmeet CESI and I cannot wait to show all of the other teachers from around the country the amazing work my class have been doing and tell them what a wonderful group of children I have the pleasure to teach!
The video will live on the school website on Friday evening at around 7.30pm! For now here is a sneak preview of what we have been getting up to!
