Our aistear theme this month is Pirates. The children were very excited to climb aboard the pirate ship! Thanks so much to Jamie for making it for us. He did an amazing job! The children have been playing Pop Up Pirate, building ships and defending a pirate castle in small world. They also have enjoyed playing pirate games on the ipads, as well as reading a range of pirate books on the literacy station. Next week, they will be experimenting with different items to discover if they float or sink!
