March in First Class

We have really enjoyed hearing about the jobs different parents do.  This month Simone (Nyko’s Mum) read us a story about a girl who had so many worries that they filled a bucket and followed her everywhere.  Simone talked to the class about the importance of sharing our worries, being good listeners and gave us tips on how to take good care of our minds and bodies.  She also told us about her job and how she helps children by listening to them and helping them with their worries.

We were very busy during ‘Seachtain na Gaeilge’.  We learnt songs, dances and made some leprechaun masks to wear for the parades.

On Family Friday we had some fun with Go Noodle.  Thanks to all the families who came and joined in with the dancing. It’s so good to meet lots of brothers and sisters too.
